The People Behind Your Care

ARC Dialysis is built around the belief that great patient outcomes begin with great people. Our medical team includes experienced nephrologists, dedicated medical directors, registered nurses, dietitians, social workers, and care coordinators who work together to deliver consistent, high-quality dialysis care across every ARC location. We are also supported by a network of strategic partners — healthcare organizations, hospital systems, community leaders, and clinical networks — that share our commitment to accessible, excellent kidney care. This page introduces the team and partners that make ARC Dialysis one of Florida's most trusted dialysis providers.

Physician Leadership

ARC Dialysis is led by an experienced team of nephrologists and physician leaders who set the clinical standards, oversee medical operations, and ensure that every patient receives evidence-based, individualized care. Physician profiles will be added here as information is confirmed. The cards below represent the structure of ARC's physician leadership team.

Medical Director

ARC Dialysis medical directors oversee clinical operations, quality standards, and physician coordination at each center.

Attending Nephrologist

Our attending nephrologists provide individualized patient evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing medical oversight for dialysis patients.

Clinical Leadership

ARC's clinical leadership team ensures quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the ARC network.

Medical Directors

Each ARC Dialysis location is supported by a dedicated Medical Director — a board-certified nephrologist responsible for the clinical quality and medical oversight at that center. Medical Directors work closely with ARC's nursing, dietitian, and social work teams to ensure every patient's care plan reflects current guidelines, individual needs, and best practices in nephrology.

Their leadership is central to what makes ARC care consistent and reliable across our entire network.

Medical Director Responsibilities

  • Oversight of individualized patient care plans
  • Review and approval of standing orders and clinical protocols
  • Regular patient rounds and care plan reviews
  • Collaboration with attending physicians and care teams
  • Quality metric review and performance improvement leadership

Strategic Partners

ARC Dialysis works with a network of strategic partners that help extend the reach of our care, support our operational mission, and share our commitment to the patients and communities we serve. Partner details will be added as relationships are confirmed and approved.

Hospital Systems

ARC partners with Florida hospital systems to support inpatient dialysis services, acute care coordination, and patient transitions.

Skilled Nursing Facilities

Our facility partners help ensure continuity of dialysis care for patients in nursing home and rehabilitation settings.

Community Health Organizations

ARC collaborates with community organizations that serve kidney disease patients, particularly in underserved and minority communities.

Clinical & Research Networks

ARC engages with nephrology research and clinical networks to stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment innovations.

How Collaboration Improves Patient Outcomes

In kidney care, no single provider operates in isolation. Patients often interact with nephrologists, hospitalists, primary care physicians, nursing facilities, social services, and community resources — all at the same time. ARC Dialysis understands this and actively works to build relationships that make care coordination smoother, safer, and more effective for patients.

Our strategic partnerships are not just business relationships — they are clinical commitments.

Outcomes of Collaborative Care

  • Fewer gaps in care during transitions
  • Better coordination between inpatient and outpatient teams
  • More consistent patient education and communication
  • Faster identification of complications through shared information
  • Stronger support networks for patients and families

How to Get the Most From Your ARC Care Team

Your care team is one of your most important resources. The more you engage with them, the better your outcomes are likely to be.

For Patients

  • Bring a list of questions to every appointment.
  • Tell your care team about any changes in how you feel between sessions.
  • Be honest about diet, fluid intake, and medication compliance.
  • Ask your social worker if you need help with transportation, financial assistance, or community resources.

For Referring Providers

  • Contact ARC's care coordination team to discuss a patient referral.
  • Share relevant medical records and current medication lists at time of referral.
  • Communicate any specific care concerns directly with ARC's medical director.
  • Ask about ARC's discharge coordination support for transitioning patients.
"At ARC Dialysis, care is a team sport. Our nephrologists, nurses, dietitians, and social workers work side by side every day — because the best outcomes happen when everyone is working toward the same goal."
