Fred Dumenigo, CEO of ARC Dialysis

Fred is the founder and a shareholder of AmeriCare Renal Center, Apollo Renal Center Miami, and Olympus Healthcare and currently serves as its CEO. He graduated with a Medical Doctor degree from Universidad Central del Este in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic in 1986.

Fred's introduction into the dialysis industry began in 1978 at age sixteen as a dialysis patient care technician and throughout the years he has been responsible for the opening and development of numerous de novo dialysis clinics as well successfully negotiating and establishing dozens of inpatient acute dialysis and skilled nursing facilities contracts throughout the State of Florida.

Carlos J. Gonzalez serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for AmeriCare Renal Center, Apollo Renal Center Miami, Olympus Healthcare, and ARC Dialysis LLC. Mr. Gonzalez earned a degree in Finance from Florida International University and also holds a real estate license in the State of Florida.

Mr. Gonzalez began his professional career at an early age, achieving success through various entrepreneurial and real estate ventures before transitioning into the healthcare industry. He later founded a local renal facility and assembled a team of experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality dialysis care and patient-centered treatment to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gonzalez has played a pivotal role in the strategic growth, financial management, and operational leadership of multiple healthcare organizations. He currently oversees multi-site dialysis operations, including outpatient and acute dialysis programs, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and integrated renal care services.

Mr. Gonzalez has extensive experience in healthcare growth and expansion, operational scalability, and strategic healthcare leadership. In collaboration with physician partners and hospital systems, he has helped develop and expand dedicated Kidney Care Center service lines designed to improve access to specialized renal care while enhancing patient outcomes and continuity of care.

His leadership continues to drive innovation in healthcare delivery models, physician and hospital partnerships, team development, and organizational culture across the organizations he serves. Mr. Gonzalez remains committed to advancing operational excellence and delivering compassionate, high-quality renal care services to the communities served by his organizations.

Raul Lopez, VP of Hospital Services at ARC Dialysis

As the Vice President of Operations for ARC Dialysis Raul's main focus has always been on the patient. With a passion for the medical industry and renal care Raul strives to make a difference. Raul holds a degree in business as well as a Masters in Science of Nursing with over 20 years of dialysis experience.

In 2008 Raul was promoted to Director of Operations and spearheaded the restructuring of the Acute care program. After successful launches of University of Miami and Jackson Health system Raul was promoted to Vice President of Operations.

Chris has been with the company since 2011. He started as a part time employee in materials management at Americare Renal Center, while finishing his Bachelors of Science at Florida International University. In 2015, he resumed his studies to acquire his Master's in Business Administration at Florida International University. Upon his graduation from his MBA he became the head of the department of purchasing and logistics. With his experience he has been able to negotiate great deals and pricing from vendors for the company.

In 2016, he took on a new role as an administrator for one of the company's clinics. In 2017, Chris also became the director of billing for the company. He was able to streamline the company's billing process, while at the same time cutting costs. In January 2021, Chris took on his latest role as Regional Operations Director.

Chris looks forward to the company's continued growth as well as his own professional development.

Nurian E. Robert, Director of Quality and Education at ARC Dialysis

Nurian E. Robert MSN, MBA, HCM, RN, CNN

Director of Quality & Education

Nury, the Director of Quality and Education has many years of experience working in the healthcare industry. She began working in dialysis with one of ARC's founding fathers and throughout her lifetime she has worked towards improving the life of the renal failure patients. She earned her BSN from the University of Miami and went on to obtain an MSN and MBA focusing on Healthcare Management.

Throughout her career, Nury has made it her mission to educate others about the specialized care required by patients experiencing kidney disease. Her experience includes working with acute and chronic patients as well as working as a disease case manager all in the effort of improving the quality of care for renal patients. She is passionate about education and has created training programs for both healthcare providers and patients.

Nury is certified in nephrology nursing (CNN) and is a current member of the American Nephrology Association (ANNA) in which she has previously held officer positions in the local chapter.

Arlene Rivera, Director of Operations for ARC Dialysis, West Palm Beach Region

Arlene Rivera, RN, BSN, FNP, serves as Director of Operations for ARC Dialysis in the West Palm Beach region.

She has more than 20 years of nursing experience, including over 15 years in nephrology and acute dialysis care in hospital settings. She began her career as a bedside nurse and advanced into leadership, combining clinical knowledge with operational oversight.

In her role she manages daily dialysis operations across multiple hospitals, including staffing, regulatory compliance, quality improvement.

She works closely with physicians and clinical teams to maintain patient safety, strong documentation, and reliable dialysis delivery, while mentoring nurses and supporting professional development within the organization.

Maggie Freeman, Clinical Coordinator and Assistant DON at ARC Dialysis

Clinical Coordinator

Maggie Freeman, the Clinical Coordinator and Assistant DON has many years of experience working in dialysis and ICU settings.

She began working in dialysis in 1989 with one of the largest dialysis providers in the nation and joined the ARC team in 2017 as a Charge Nurse. She earned her BS from Barry University and her RN degree from Miami Dade College.

Throughout her career, Maggie has worked with acute, chronic and PD patients experiencing kidney disease to improve their quality of life and overall well-being. She is passionate about providing holistic care to each dialysis patient and being a preceptor to nurses and dialysis technicians. Maggie was awarded RN of the year in 2018.

Robert Winston, VP of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at ARC Dialysis

VP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

Bob Winston serves as Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at ARC Dialysis. Since joining the organization, Bob has been instrumental in elevating ARC's brand presence and competitive positioning within Florida's dialysis industry.

His efforts established ARC Dialysis as a major supporter of the National Kidney Foundation of Florida, where CEO Fred Dumenigo now serves on the board. Bob leads partnership development, physician recruitment, and community engagement—connecting ARC's mission of compassionate kidney care with the hospitals, physicians, and communities across the state.
