Getting to ARC Dialysis Hialeah
By Car
We're located at 3704 W 12th Ave in Hialeah, near the Palm Springs area. From the Palmetto Expressway (SR 826), exit at W 12th Avenue and head east. From Okeechobee Road (US 27), head south on W 8th Avenue or W 12th Avenue. Free parking is available on-site with accessible spaces near the entrance. We're just minutes from Palm Springs Mile, Westland Mall, and the major shopping areas along W 49th Street.
By Metrorail
Hialeah is served by three Metrorail stations on the Green Line: Okeechobee Station (2005 West Okeechobee Road), Hialeah Station (125 East 21st Street), and Tri-Rail/Metrorail Transfer Station (1125 E. 25th Street). From any of these stations, Metrobus connections can bring you close to our center. The Okeechobee Station offers over 1,200 park-and-ride spaces for commuters.

Several Metrobus routes serve the Hialeah area including Route 37 (to Hialeah Station), Route 54 (along W 12th Avenue corridor), Route 73 (to Okeechobee Station), and Route 183 (Okeechobee Road).
